MODULE 2: CRISIS MINDSET
In this module we dive into what guiding is and how important it is to restore this crucial relationship for long term quality of life. We discuss key guiding basics and the importance of increasing personal agency in our apprentice. We discuss attributes of a good guide and invite you to recall being guided in your own life.
MODULE 3: WHAT IS GUIDING?
In this module we discuss ways to schedule guiding engagements. We will also look at different types of activities you can use when you are guiding. We will look at the importance of routines and rituals which will help you maintain consistent guiding engagements.
MODULE 4: GUIDING BEGINS WITH YOU AND YOUR CHILD
MODULE 5: PREPARE FOR A MINDFUL GUIDING RELATIONSHIP
In this module we go more in depth about guiding and guiding basics. Learn how guiding is a mindful process. Learn how guides work on the edge of competency, as they present one step ahead challenges to their apprentice.
MODULE 6: COMMUNICATION
In this module we look at communication and it's impact on our apprentice. Learn the difference between instrumental communication and declarative communication. Learn the importance of multi channel communication.
MODULE 7: PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
In this module we discuss framing an engagement and how you can frame an activity to begin practicing what you have learned. We will go through an example of how you can frame a simple activity for multiple objectives with the focus being on practicing our guiding basics.
